Returns — What You Can Return

  • You may request a return or refund for products that meet the following criteria:

    ✔ The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
    ✔ Original tags and packaging are intact
    ✔ Incorrect product received
    ✔ Damaged or defective at delivery

    Note: Personalized items, custom orders, and sale clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Return Time Frame

  • You must initiate a return within 7 days from the delivery date. After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the condition.

    Steps:

    1. Contact our support team within 7 days

    2. Provide order details + photos if required

    3. Ship the item back in original packaging

Refund Process

Once the returned item is verified:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time can take up to 7–10 business days.

  • Bank transfer refunds may take additional days per bank policies.

Partial Refunds
  • In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued if:

    • Packaging is not in original condition

    • Missing accessories

    • Minor wear items

    We will communicate before processing.

Exchange Option

We currently offer exchanges for size or product replacements depending on stock availability.
