At Sanvi Creation, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, our Sanvi Saree Returns Policy makes it easy to return or exchange your item.

Return Eligibility

  • To start a return, please ensure your item meets these conditions:

    • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your saree.

    • The product should be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

    • All tags, invoices, and accessories must be included.

    • Sale items, discounted products, and custom-stitched sarees cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your return and verify the product condition, we issue a refund.
    Here's how it works:

    • Prepaid orders: Refunds go directly to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • COD orders: We’ll transfer your refund via UPI or bank account after confirming your details.

    • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

    If you prefer an exchange, we’re happy to help. Simply follow the same steps and mention that you’d like a replacement instead.

Exchange Option

If your saree isn’t quite right, you can exchange it for a different one. Whether it’s the color, fabric, or design — we’ll help you pick the perfect match.

  • Contact us within 7 days to initiate an exchange.

  • We’ll arrange the pickup and assist with the swap.

  • Exchanges follow the same return eligibility rules.
