Returns — What You Can Return
You may request a return or refund for products that meet the following criteria:
✔ The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
✔ Original tags and packaging are intact
✔ Incorrect product received
✔ Damaged or defective at deliveryNote: Personalized items, custom orders, and sale clearance items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Return Time Frame
You must initiate a return within 7 days from the delivery date. After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm the condition.

Provide order details + photos if required
Ship the item back in original packaging
Refund Process
Once the returned item is verified:
Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time can take up to 7–10 business days.
Bank transfer refunds may take additional days per bank policies.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued if:
Packaging is not in original condition
Missing accessories
Minor wear items
We will communicate before processing.
Exchange Option
