In addition, we’ll email you the tracking details as soon as your package is shipped. Although delivery delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, Sanvi Creations always ships your order on time from our end.

Shipping Charges

To ensure full transparency, we’ve set fixed shipping charges under our Sanvi shipping and delivery system:

  • Within Indore (Intracity): ₹49

  • Other Indian Cities (Intercity): ₹99

These nominal charges apply to all domestic orders. Above all, our goal is to offer fast, affordable, and reliable delivery—no matter where you are in India

Returns and Pickup Charges

Need to return or exchange a product? We've kept that simple too:

  • Pickup from Indore: ₹49

  • Pickup from other cities: ₹99

We subtract these pickup fees from your refund. Then, the remaining amount is added to your Sanvi Wallet within 3 business days. We want every step of your journey—from purchase to return—to be smooth and easy to understand.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Here’s how:

Please note: You can only cancel an order if it hasn’t shipped yet. For prepaid orders, we’ll refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.
